Thank you for stopping by. I’m Tracy, a passionate advocate for health, fitness and wellbeing – whatever your age or starting point. My mission is simple to help you stay fit, active and mentally positive; especially when life throws its biggest challenges your way. Whether you’re juggling work, family, navigating your own journey through peri or menopause. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Athletic Achievements: Inspiring Possibility at Any Age
Sport has always been a huge part of my life. I’m proud to be a competitive Pilot Gig Rower, achieving Super Vet status and taking 2nd place at the World Championships in 2025. I also compete in Hyrox events and serve as a judge, so I know first-hand the value of setting goals, pushing boundaries, and celebrating every victory—big or small.

I understand what it’s like to adapt to life’s changes. As a 55-year-old woman who’s navigated peri and menopause, I know the unique challenges women face during this time. My journey is proof that you can remain strong, active, and positive through every stage of life—and I’m here to show you how.
